Carrier Disclaimer

Disclaimer:
Our baby Carriers are checked and tested to be in good working order before shipped. Once the product has left our hands, we are not responsible for the product at all. This includes but is not limited to: wearing techniques, damage done to the carrier, average wear and tear or falling babies. We suggest that when you wear your baby that you are very careful to put carrier on correctly and do so as low to the ground as you can get. Do not stand over hard surfaces when you are putting your baby into the carrier or taking him/her out.
Please use common sense - if you get a tear or an unraveling seam, do not put your baby into the carrier. If your baby is too large for the carrier and puts too much pressure on the seams, do not use the carrier. These carriers are used comfortably with up to 30 lb babies, however if your body cannot handle that weight and if you become injured due wearing the carrier, this is your responsibility. If the carrier becomes too small or too large for you, do not use the carrier.
Before each use check your sling to make sure that the seams are intact. Responsibility for the safety of the child is held by the person using the sling and not Spindle to Sashes. By purchasing and/or using one of our slings, you are agreeing not to hold the seller liable in the event of any misuse or unforeseen accidents.
