Your products are made to order: This means that after you place your order with us, we make it especially for you!
This process helps us keep our costs down which helps you save money!
Processing time:
We only go supply shopping on Fridays as another way to keep your cost down. So if you place your order on Tuesday, we will be getting the supplies to make your order on Friday. From that first Friday, you can expect that we will ship your item out within 10 business days. Many times it's within 5 days but please do not be alarmed if it takes up to 10.
Anything in the 'seconds' category is already made, so those items ship within 3 business days.
Last Minute Gifts:
Please contact us if you need your purchase right away and we can do our best to get it sent to you as quickly as possible!
Shipping:
If you pay us through paypal, you should receive a confirmation email when your product is shipped.
This email will have a tracking number on it so you can know where your product is at all times.
